International Orders and 220V Units

If you are in need of an air purifier with a 220 V motor and a special plug, we have a number of options for you.  First, make sure you know what kind of plug you need.  If in doubt, reference World Plugs for more information.

If you don't see the unit you need in 220V, you may want to consider our external DS750 Voltage Transformer to allow the 110V unit to function as a 220V unit for your needs.  (See Below for details)

Many of our suppliers like Austin Air are no longer supplying type C because it is outdated.  A replacement option for Type C is Type F.

Typically, our customers are solely responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements when shipping outside of the United States. Since we offer a free shipping allowance to the contiguous United States, it is best to contact us for a shipping quote if in doubt.

Shipping price may vary for international orders and orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.  It is best to contact us for a price quote.

Typically, APOs qualify our free shipping policy, but it is always advised to check with us.

Warranties are only valid in North America.

Voltage Transformers:
- Voltage transformers can be an excellent option for products that are not produced with 220V and customized plugs.  There are a few things to be aware of when using a voltage transformer such as wattage, step-up or step-down, universal plug, and Hertz. 
 
- We highly recommend DS750 for only $99 extra to be able to use your 110v air purifier with a 220v source.  This is an outstanding product that can cover virtually any of our air purifiers.

Note:   When placing an international order, it is best to call for a number of reasons.  Often a customer service representative will contact you to verify information and to make sure the terms are understood.
