At US Air Purifiers LLC, our goal is to offer to you, the customer, the highest quality products available at the most affordable prices.
We strongly believe in all the products we sell or we would not recommend them to you.
But, we know that from time-to-time there will be situations in which products do not live up to customer's expectations. That is why we offer a SATISFACTION GUARANTEE* policy to all our customers.
If at any time within the first 30 days of ownership (Ownership of an order and/or product(s) begins and is defined as the date it is delivered to your home or office) you are not satisfied with your purchase of your residential item, for any reason, you may return it, undamaged in its original packaging for a full refund. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) back. The return shipping is non-refundable. You will be refunded the total amount of your original order once the item clears inspection.
Some items are not returnable such as but not limited to 220V units, international orders, bulk orders, and commercial items. Please visit our Returns section of the website for more info.
Please note that Commercial Items including but not limited to Electrocorp are an exception to this guarantee. Commercial units are non-returnable. Electrocorp has a firm no return policy and a 1 year warranty on all products. We take many precautions to make sure you have the right unit for your needs such as personally speaking to an Electrocorp rep and/or engineer.
Expedited shipping costs paid by the customer that are above and beyond the "FREE" ground shipping costs that are paid by our company to ship your order to you are non-refundable for a return or exchange. However, this only applies to orders that use an expedited shipping method other than our "FREE" ground shipping offer.
If you order an item expedited and pay shipping, we are not responsible for things out of our control such as but not limited to weather, customs, and carrier issues. We do our best to monitor the shipment and assure shipping is as smooth as possible. However, sometimes things are out of our control and a delay may occur. We do apologize for this and will speak to the carrier on your behalf. Ultimately, we cannot guarantee a refund or patial refund. It is solely up to the carrier.
If you do plan to return your purchase back to us within the first 30 days of ownership, please contact us first so that we can generate a Return Authorization Number, directions for where to return the product to, and which carrier to use if applicable.
Any returns sent back to us without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

Warranty Service from Manufacturer
All of our products are backed by at least a one-year manufacturer’s limited warranty. According to industry standards, each manufacturer has its own warranty with its own terms and conditions.
US Air Purifiers LLC is unable to repair products. If your product needs servicing under its warranty, please consult your Owner's Manual for warranty information or call the manufacturer of your product from the phone list below.
