Amaircare Airwash BOSS Air Scrubber with HEAVY VOC focus is configured with prefilter, MERVE 8 filter, and 2-30 lb carbon canisters (total of 60 lbs). It is a commercial grade air scrubber, that focuses on heavy VOCs, gases, and & odors.

1800 CFM and comes with a 5 YEAR Limited Warranty.

This unit does NOT have a HEPA filter because the focus is for heavy odors, gases, and VOCs.

Note: CFM (Cubic Feet per a Minute), ACH (Air Changes an Hour), Coverage are estimates and are based on factory and/or independent testing typically tested with the purifier on high in an open setting similar to a lab. Actual results may vary for a wide realm of reasons, including but not limited to the motor and the filters. Factors such as filter loading, reduced voltage to the motor, and inlet and outlet ducting may affect airflow. Use these ratings as a general guideline only.

Amaircare Airwash MultiPro Air Scrubber with heavy VOC focus uses 2 prefilters and a 60 lbs of Carbon for quality filtration of heavy VOCs, gases, and odors along with particulate contaminants.

This unit uses the 16" Ultra VOC kit which each contains a 30 lb canister of carbon for heavy adsorption.

This unit does NOT have a HEPA filter because the focus is for heavy odors, gases, and VOCs.

The BOSS can accommodate virtually an industries needs simply changing the filter configurations or type of carbon. High power, Versatile, and Affordable. Truly the trifecta of air scrubbers. Furthermore, if your needs change, you can convert your unit simply by replacing the filters with the corresponding filters for your focus.

Amaircare air cleaners (air scrubbers, chem bio airwash, air wash) are individually tested to meet HEPA standards and beyond. This means that the complete air cleaner system containing the HEPA filter will remove at least 99.97% of all particles as small as 0.3 microns (1/300th the size of a human hair or 0.000012 of an inch) that enter the air cleaner and are also 99.96% efficient at 0.1 microns. The 4000 is built to provide air filtration for large commercial spaces.

The BOSS can accommodate virtually an industries needs simply changing the filter configurations. High power, Versatile, and Affordable. Truly the trifecta of air scrubbers.

The filters can be configured to best suit your needs:

STAGE 1 of Filtration: Metal Mesh Prefilter or Media Pad Prefilter

• Remove the Prefilter Holder from the Inlet by pulling the handle upwards.	• Dispose and replace the Media Pad Prefilter when it is covered in particulate.
• The Metal Mesh Prefilter can be cleaned by gently blowing out with compressed air.	• Remove the Prefilter Holder from the Inlet by pulling the handle upwards.
• Return the Prefilter Holder with the Metal Mesh Prefilter to the frame on the Inlet .	• Pull the used Prefilter from the Holder and dispose appropriately.
• It is recommended that the Metal Mesh Prefilter be replaced regularly.	• Fit the new Media Pad Prefilter into the holder.
	• Return the Prefilter Holder with the Media Pad Prefilter to the frame on the Inlet .

STAGE 2 of Filtration: Foam Filter

• Follow directions for removing HEPA Cartridge from the unit.

• Slowly pull the foam filter up and off the HEPA Cartridge to avoid releasing particles back into the air.

• Dispose appropriately.

• Pull the new Foam Filter over the HEPA Cartridge (like a sock) and into place.

STAGE 3 of Filtration: HEPA Cartridge or VOC Ultra Canister

• Inspect the HEPA Cartridge with the lid removed.

• Unfasten the restraining strap(s) holding the filter(s) in place.

• Place hands flat against the end cap of the HEPA Cartridge to grip and rotate the cartridge counter clockwise to release it from the bulkhead.

• The loaded HEPA Cartridge and O-ring should be bagged and disposed with suitable procedures.

• Clean the empty housing before fitting the replacement O-ring and HEPA Cartridge.

• Press down firmly to compress the O-ring as the HEPA Cartridge is rotated clockwise to lock it on the bulkhead.

STAGE 4 of Filtration: VOC Blanket or VOC Canister

• With the HEPA Cylinder removed from the bulkhead, look inside the HEPA Cylinder to locate the two ends of the VOC blanket.	• Remove old carbon canister (if installed) by pulling it out from the inside of the HEPA filter or housing.
• Pull one end of the old inner carbon filter in and bend it into a loose roll so it can be removed.	• If replacing an inner carbon blanket with the carbon canister, remove inner carbon filter by following the steps for removing the VOC Blanket .
• Remove the inner carbon filter from the HEPA Cylinder and dispose.	• Remove the plastic shrink wrap from the new carbon canister.
• Remove plastic shrink wrap from the new inner carbon filter.	• Slide the carbon canister into the HEPA Cylinder, smaller end first. The carbon canister should slide all the way in until the metal edges at the base meet the HEPA filter.
• Unroll the inner carbon filter and roll it up in the opposite direction (this makes the filter follow a more contoured profile against the inner HEPA filter surfaces and helps keep it in place), place the rolled inner carbon filter inside the HEPA Cylinder and gently unroll it until the ends ‘butt’ together and the filter is snug against the HEPA filter.	• Support the carbon canister with your fingers so it does not slide out when replacing the HEPA Cylinder assembly into the unit.Canister (Option):
