There are 3 configurations for the Amaircare AirWash MultiPro Air Scrubber:

• Heavy VOCs, gases, & Odors (Shown) - This unit is frequently referred to as Amaircare AirWash MultiPro Air Scrubber with 25 lb carbon canister.  This unit uses prefilters and a 25 lb carbon canister called 14" Ultra VOC filter and does not use a HEPA.
• Particulate Focus & Moderate VOCs, gases & odors - This unit is referred to as Amaircare AirWash MultiPro Air Scrubber with HEPA Filter & 5 lb carbon canister and is shown as a separate item to avoid confusion.  This unit uses prefilters and a 5 lb carbon canister along with a HEPA filter for the particulate filtration as well as moderate VOCs, gases, & odors.
• Particulate Focus - This unit is referred to as Amaircare AirWash MultiPro Air Scrubber with HEPA Filter is shown as a separate item to avoid confusion.  This unit uses prefilters along with a HEPA filter for the particulate filtration as well as optional inner carbon blanket for light VOCs, gases, & odors. 

**Something to keep in mind is that the machines are identical, the filters vary based on filtration needed.  With this in mind, if the usage changes with time,  you can simply change your filter configuration to match your filtration needs.

Note:  CFM (Cubic Feet per a Minute), ACH (Air Changes an Hour), Coverage are estimates and are based on factory and/or independent testing typically tested with the purifier on high in an open setting similar to a lab. Actual results may vary for a wide realm of reasons, including but not limited to the motor and the filters.   Factors such as filter loading, reduced voltage to the motor, and inlet and outlet ducting may affect airflow. Use these ratings as a general guideline only.

Amaircare Airwash MultiPro Air Scrubber with HEAVY VOC focus features a 25 lb carbon canister and is used to solve numerous air purification needs where HEAVY VOCs, Gases, and odors are the concern. It is frequently referred to as an air scrubber, air wash, Chem Airwash, Heavy Duty or Commercial air purifier.

Generally speaking, the more air changes per hour (ACH) you can provide, the more effective a HEPA filter can be.
1 ACH provides excellent air cleaning results (higher is recommended for people with sensitivities).
Remember: More HEPA is better than less, but some HEPA is better than nothing at all.
