AirMedic Pro 5 Smoke UV series including AirMedic Pro 5 HDS UV and AirMedic Pro 5 UltraS UV is designed specifically for tobacco smoke concerns. This exceptional unit removes harmful chemicals, fine particles and lingering odors. It features a large deep-bed activated carbon filter, a tar-trapping pre-filter and a micro-HEPA for particles. The added UV light gives you extra protection from germs and mold.
This unit (without UV) is ARB certified for sale in California.
Similar to the former 5000 DS with UV, 5000 DXS with UV, 5000 smoke air purifier.

It features a more compact design than the Pro 6 HDS, while still offering reliable chemical, gas, odor and particle filtration.
Carbon Thickness: Basically the thicker the carbon the better the filtration for chemicals, odors, and VOC and the longer it may last. Your choices are as follows:
