The Airfree T800 is a compact, completely silent air purifier made for small rooms up to 180 sq ft. Like every Airfree, it uses heat instead of filters. Its patented Thermodynamic Sterilizing System (TSS™) ceramic core destroys airborne mold spores, bacteria, viruses, pollen, pet dander and dust mite allergens as air passes through it, and according to Airfree, up to 99.9% of the microorganisms that pass through the core are destroyed.
There are no fans, no filters and no replacement parts. Just plug it in and let it work. At just 1.5 lb and 5.1" across, the T800 fits easily in bathrooms, nurseries, pantries, walk-in closets, small bedrooms and other small spaces where mold and germs are a concern. How Airfree TSS™ Technology Works
Airfree uses the same natural idea as boiling water: heat destroys microorganisms.
Room air rises into the bottom of the unit by natural convection, with no fan.
Inside the ceramic core, microorganisms are destroyed at temperatures close to 400°F.
The sterilized air is cooled before it leaves the unit.
Clean air returns to the room, and the silent cycle continues.
Because Airfree destroys microorganisms instead of trapping them, there’s no dirty filter to handle or throw away. Airfree says the T800 releases no gas, chemicals or ions, doesn’t change the room’s humidity and adds no noticeable heat.

Tips for Best Results
Keep it on. Airfree works gradually, so leave the T800 plugged in 24 hours a day in the same room. If it’s unplugged or moved, contamination in that room starts to climb again. Every room is different, so results depend on the space and how much contamination is coming in.
Size it to the room. The T800 is made for spaces up to 180 sq ft. A closed room or walk-in closet should be at least 43 sq ft (353 cu ft), since a smaller space may warm up.
Treat each room. Placed in a hallway, it cleans the hallway only, not the rooms around it.
Check that it’s working. The top lid should feel warm. If it’s cold, try another outlet and make sure the unit has been standing upright for at least a minute.

First real relief in years
I have been struggling with a slow detrioration of my health for 5 years. I always had exercise induced asthma but it was well managed. But my symptoms started becoming more pervasive and persistent. Medications weren't working after a while. I was getting a weekly round of sinus headaches. I couldn't exrecise at full capacity. Heppa filters simply didn't do much and the cost and evironmental impact of buying filters all the time was a problem. Enter the Airfree. I bought it as a zero waste improvement. When i opened the box its size and silence made me doubtful but i plugged it in. A week later my lungs are clear, my sinuses hardly bother me, and i am back on the exercise routine w only the exrecise induced asthma to manage. I feel like i am 5 years younger. Clearly our rented house has some air quality issues but this filter has solved that for me. I am going to recommend to friends. There's no way to express the way i feel every morning filling my lungs without any problem.
