For optimal results, the UVC should be changed every 12 months, and the filters should be changed every 12-24 months depending on usage and airborne contaminants.

I received an email asking me to rate this product but unfortunately 2 weeks have passed and I have not received my order even though my credit card has been charged.
THank you for pointing this out to us, David. After reaching out to Field Controls, we learned there was a glitch in their system which caused some delays in orders. They assured us they would get it out immediately and have even responded with tracking right away. I sent this over to you too.
