5.0 Old ones were better 07/24/2024 By Svetlana Efremova Old cartridges did allow you to see the level of liquid in them. The new ones would not. You have to disconnect them from the machine and shake them to figure it out. Very incovenient. I wish the manufacturer can go back to old design.

3.0 Disappointed in cartridges 02/12/2021 By Theresa Mazeika When I read about this product, it said these cartridges usually last about 3 months using 12 hours each day. My cartridges did not. When I loaded the cartridge, it was not completely full ( about 1/4 " from top. ) When my machine indicated it was time to refill my cartridge, I noticed it left about 1/4" of liquid inside that it did not use. No wonder it didn't last longer that 1-1/2 months. Otherwise machine and cartridge worked fine.

Sorry to hear that, Theresa. Which unit do you have? I also know that humidity can affect the time a cartridge will last too. You can also email us directly or betterair directly to take a look at your specific unit a bit closer if it is only lasting 1-1/2 months routinely. Thank you, Barb
