Where and how should the device be positioned in the room?
It is recommended to place a device in the center of the interior space – home, classroom, or other interior space of your choice. A centralized location provides a more symmetrical reach of the probiotic dispersion and a more balanced air filtering of all directions of the treated area.
The device stops working at times and looks inactive.
The device gets to a 10 minutes hibernation every 2 hours; this is in sync with the probiotic dispersion once every 2 hours, where we purposely shut down the air-sucking engine to allow for effective dispersion of the probiotic tiny particle across the treated area.
What is the frequency the BA-2080 should be serviced?
The BA-2080 probiotic refill needs to be replenished twice a year, and the HEPA filter once a year on average.
