5.0 You know somethings up when the dust isn't DOWN! 12/25/2020 By William Williams It's been three months, it's getting close , but not time yet to order a new bottle.But when it's empty, I can't stop sneezing, and the dust starts accumulating everywhere like crazy! And US Air Purifiers got me my refill quickly and at the best price! Thank you US Air!

5.0 Customer suggestion to make it easier for customers to know when the BetterAir unit is running 11/26/2019 By William Rising I have written about this before. I think it would be extremely helpful if your customers had a way of knowing when the Clean-air unit is actually working. It would be simple to add a miniature LED that would come on each time the unit runs. Also it would be helpful if a handle was added so the unit can easily be picked up. It appears that the company is not interested in suggestions from it's customers.
