Amaircare AirWash Eliminator 2X Double Scrub HEPA and Carbon Air Filtration System unlike any air scrubber on the market. The Eliminator 2X features 6-stage filtration system that double scrubs contaminated air to exhaust the cleanest air.

The Eliminator offers a wide array of filter configurations to fit your exact need. The air passes through one 14 in set of filters and then through the second allowing a double scrub of the air to assure all contaminants are removed.

Double-Scrub

What does Double Scrub mean? Air is filtered through the first 3 stages. This filtered air is then exhausted into a chamber where it is filtered through the second set of three filter stages (ie Double-Scrubbed).

Six -Stage Filtration

1. Stage 1:

Carbon Prefilter - Removes larger particulate matter, dust and odors

2. Stage 2:

HEPA Filter - 99.97% efficient to .3 microns. Removes dust, pollen, bacteria, dander, attached viruses, cigarette smoke, radon progenies and more.

3. Stage 3:

VOC Filter - Removes gas molecules, vapors, and V.O.C's that become airborne when using solvents, finishes, adhesives, complex coatings, and more.

4. Stage 4 (the start of chamber 2):

Carbon Prefilter - Removes residual gases.

5. Stage 5 (Customization of Filter Configuration is Available):

Ultra VOC Canister (optional) - Carbon Canister containing 15 lbs of carbon for extreme gaseous chemical adsorption or a second HEPA Filtration Cartridge for maximum particulate and biologicals removal.

6. Stage 6:

Upgraded Carbon - Special carbon blends to focus on specific chemical pollutants such as but not limited to formaldehyde.

Six-Stage Filtration

The Airwash Eliminator 2X employs a 6-stage in line filtration system that double-scrubs polluted air to exhaust the cleanest air. The filter set up allows for multiple combinations of filters that are easily interchangeable.

Stage 1: Carbon Prefilter - Removes dust and odors.
Stage 2: HEPA filter - 99.97% efficient @ 0.3 microns. Removes dust, pollen, bacteria, dander, attached viruses, cigarette smoke, radon progenies and more.
Stage 3: V.O.C. filter - Removes gas molecules, including potentially hazardous VOC’s that become airborne when using solvents, finishes, adhesives, complex coatings and vapors.
Stage 4: Carbon Prefilter - Removes residual gases.
Stage 5: Ultra VOC Canister (optional) - 15lb carbon canister for extreme gaseous chemical adsorption or a second HEPA Filtration Cartridge for maximum particulate and biologicals removal.
Stage 6: Upgraded Carbon - Special carbon blends to focus on specific target chemical pollutants.

Filter Configurations

Excellent way to customize your Eliminator for your specific needs. The Eliminator is an excellent investment to any business because if your needs change, you can simply change your filter configurations to match your needs without having to buy a whole other air purifier.

Configuration 1: Double HEPA/Carbon

- Ideal for clean rooms and medical applications.

Double HEPA with 100% Carbon: Air is filtered by one HEPA filter and carbon filter and then exhausted to a second HEPA filter and Carbon filter before exiting the unit. This double HEPA/Carbon configuration takes 1,000,000 particles (above .3 microns)/cubic foott to 0.009 particles (at .3 microns)/cubic foot.

Configuration 2: HEPA/Carbon & Full Carbon

- Ideal for applications with dust and high chemical contaminants such as but not limited to laser printers.

HEPA with 100% Carbon and ALL Carbon: Air is filtered by one HEPA filter and then exhausted to a second a FULL Carbon filter before exiting the unit.

Configuration 3: Full Carbon & Full Carbon

- Ideal for applications with extreme chemical gases and/or VOCs.

Air is filtered through a set of FULL Carbon and then passed through to a second set of FULL Carbon.

Optional Upgrades:

Standard HEPA can be upgraded to an ULPA FIlter where filtration is 99.999% efficient down to .1 micron.
Carbon can be upgraded to target specific hard to get chemicals such as but not limited to formaldehyde, acidic gases, metallic vapors and more.
